Small Acts of Kindness has partnered with the charity Hearts for Herts to share the love and we need your help to do it - because every heart matters.

Be our Valentine and help an older person feel less lonely and warmer in their home, as well as ensuring life saving equipment and training is accessible to the public.

Small Acts of Kindness provides Warm in Winter gift bags to older people who are cold and lonely in their home. Not only do gift bags provide practical items to help heat the person, but recipients feel remembered and less lonely.

Hearts for Herts fundraise to provide an inclusive education programme of lifesaving skills and champion the provision of public access lifesaving equipment to communities across Hertfordshire.

• Warm in Winter gift bags that keep older people warm in their homes, feeling loved and cared for

• Public accessible lifesaving equipment including defibrillators and bleed control kits
