Violet’s Gift and Small Acts of Kindness have worked in partnership over the last three years, to reach people in care homes at Christmas with no loved ones. With the help of all our amazing volunteers, 1000s of gifts are wrapped with a Christmas card, a note from the present wrapper and a letter to the recipient. These gifts are then made available to Hertfordshire care homes. Read more

I am swimming 2 miles, as part of the London Classics. This is a big challenge for me, as I only learnt to swim in 2022 as I have had a fear of water since being a young child, I didn't ever get my little duckling badges. I will be doing this as part of the Mental Elf initiative to promote mental health awareness, have a bit of fun and also spread the small acts of kindness message.
