This week, Small Acts of Kindness featured on ITV News Anglia, highlighting the profound impact we are having, working in partnership with Hertfordshire Police. 

The programme beautifully captures the meaningful connections made to vulnerable older people by the PCSO teams who deliver our individually requested Warm in Winter gift bags.

Our gift bags are a catalyst in creating connections and providing a wider network of support. The legacy of this partnership extends far beyond the initial delivery of a gift bag and will have a lasting impact across communities.

There are many thousands more vulnerable older people who live in isolation, seemingly unreachable and in need of support. Working with Hertfordshire Police, and the dedicated PCSO teams we can bridge that gap, reducing loneliness and isolation, one small act of kindness at a time.
